Versatile Management Inc. is a property management company set out to deliver the best apartment living experience. We aspire to have the most competent, professional, ethical, and friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile. We strive to have a diligent, capable, honest, and intelligent maintenance team that can resolve problems in a timely manner. Most importantly, we give extra effort to have each of our apartments look as though you are the first resident to live there. Our mission is to provide the highest quality apartments with equally paired staff, never taking from customers that which we did not earn. Customer service is our mission and our goal.
Our Story
Versatile Management Inc. was started back in the spring of 1994 by owner Tom Vandeyacht. He embarked upon the process of developing Parkside Luxury Apartments. We are the first company in the fox valley to build a luxury-style living. At the time, our style of apartments was far beyond what anyone had to offer. This resulted in Versatile traveling to Milwaukee in search of financial support from a bank that saw our vision. Parkside Luxury Apartments was then started, becoming our first apartment complex. While in the midst of our project, another complex came on the market at just the right time. This property was named Lynndale Apartments and was purchased in 1996. After Parkside was first opened in 1995, we focused on building our company, hiring the best staff in the valley, and developing a relationship with our community. Over the last couple of decades, we have grown to almost over 1000 units and we are proud of each and every one. From our transitional to condominium-style apartments, we strive to have the same warmth and comfort for all the tenants who choose to rent from Versatile Management. We are so grateful for all the trust and loyalty from our community over the past 25+ years. We could not have become Versatile Management Inc. without you.
